'Air Astana' confirms title of Best Airline in Central Asia and India by Skytrax

World Airline Awards International Independent Award of rating agency Skytrax is the primary measurement tool for passenger satisfaction levels of airlines throughout the world. The unique format of the study is based on analysis of assessments of business passengers and tourists traveling different classes.

Airline passengers from all over the world took part in the wire within 10 months of Skytrax rating agency survey and shared their opinions about airline service. Assessment of quality of airline services has been held in almost 40 different criteria, including indicators of the level of ground and on-board services, such as passenger check-in service, the comfort of the aircraft cabin, the quality of catering, the level of entertainment on board, as well as service attendants.

The study involved more than 200 airlines, as major international and small regional carriers.
