AIBA World Junior Boxing Championship to be held in Astana

ALMATY. February 14. KAZINFORM /Yelena Ilyinskaya/ An agreement on holding the World Junior Boxing Championship in Astana in July, 2011 has been signed in Almaty.
President of the International Amateur Boxing Federation (AIBA) Ching-Kuo Wu and Executive Director of the Kazakhstan Boxing Federation Daniyar Abulgazin signed the agreement.
Daniyar Abulgazin noted that this championship is a significant event not only for masters of leather gloves, but for the whole Kazakh sport.
The last Junior Championship was held in Yerevan in 2009.
