Agreement on import duties distribution in CU ratified by Senate

ASTANA. June 17. KAZINFORM /Muratbek Makulbekov/ The Senate of the Kazakh Parliament adopted the Law "On ratification of the Agreements on establishment and implementation of the order of enrollment and distribution of import customs duties and other duties in the Customs Union".
Kazakh Minister of Finance B.Zhamishev noted that establishment and implementation of the order of enrollment and distribution of import customs duties in the Customs Union is one of the conditions of uniting the customs territories of the sides into the Single Customs Territory and completion of the formation of the Customs Union.
According to the Minister, the distribution of duties will be the following: Kazakhstan receives 7.33%, Belarus - 4.7%, Russia - 87.97%.
