Agendas of CSTO regular sessions discussed in Moscow

MOSCOW. March 27. KAZINFORM Belarus' Plenipotentiary Representative at the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO), Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Russia Igor Petrishenko took part in a meeting of the CSTO Permanent Council in Moscow on 26 March, BelTA learnt from the press service of the Belarusian Embassy.
Participants of the meeting discussed draft agendas of regular sessions of the CSTO charter bodies. They reviewed a number of draft decisions of the Council of Defense Ministers of the CSTO and the Committee of Security Council Secretaries of the CSTO. These decisions are aimed at boosting military cooperation in the CSTO for the period until 2020 and specifying the functions of the collective rapid response forces of the Collective Security Treaty Organization.
Taking part in the meeting were Deputy Secretary Generals of the CSTO, members of the Secretariat and the Joint Staff of the organization, Kazinform refers to BelTA.
