ASTANA. KAZINFORM - The Agency for Civil Service Affairs and Fighting Corruption has to become a recruiting center, President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev told at the enlarged sitting of the Government in the Akorda today, the press service of the Akorda informs via its Twitter account.
Besides, new tests for evaluating personal qualities, professional and managerial skills of the candidates will be introduced, the President said.
