Aftermath of storm in central Russia to be liquidated late Friday

MOSCOW. June 12. KAZINFORM Repair work after a storm that hit central Russia lat night will be finished by Friday evening, a spokeswoman of the regional centre of the Russian Ministry for Emergency Situations said, Kazinform refers to Itar-Tass.
According to Yelena Smirnykh, repair and restoration work is to be finished by 4 pm, Moscow time. She said the Vladimir and Tver regions were most hardly hit by the storm. Over 10,000 people were left without electricity there. Electricity supply has been restored to social facilities.
Gale-force winds with thunderstorms were also registered last night over the Oryol, Ivanovo, Smolensk and Moscow regions. A woman was killed in the Vladimir region by a falling tree.
