Aeroflot plane lands in Iceland after bomb threat

MOSCOW. August 16. KAZINFORM An Aeroflot Airbus A330 airliner flying from New York to Moscow made an unscheduled landing in Iceland on Wednesday after an anonymous bomb threat, a Russian law enforcement source said.

The Sheremetyevo-bound jet landed at Rejkyavik airport, RIA Novosti reports.

The aircraft is currently being checked by special services staff.
