Administrative Code new Draft provides different level of fines for SMEs - Ministry of Justice

ASTANA. November 25. KAZINFORM - A new draft of the Administrative Code provides a different level of fines for small and medium businesses, this has been reported by the Vice-Minister of Justice Zauresh Baymoldina during the presentation of the Administrative Code draft and the related amendments to the legislation.
"In order to implement the President's instructions on the strict enforcement of laws, the prevention of their use for pressure on businesses, there have been provided differentiated responsibilities of small and medium-sized businesses", said Z.Baymoldina.
As noted by the Vice-Minister, despite the fact that the subjects of middle business have assets' value which 5 times higher than the value of assets of small businesses, the fines for both are the same. But the draft provides gradation for assets, thus, the fines for subjects of medium-sized businesses will be higher.
