Active assistance to Kyrgyzstan to start after October 10 elections – N. Nazarbayev

ISTANBUL. September 16. KAZINFORM /Muratbek Makulbekov/ Active stage of assistance to Kyrgyzstan will start after the elections that are to be held on October 10. Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev said it at a press conference upon the completion of the 10th Summit of Turkic speaking countries.
'We, the Heads of State, are full of determination to provide all-round assistance to this brotherly country to overcome the crisis. Active stage of our assistance will come after the elections planned for October 10 when we know who we are working with', N. Nazarbayev said.
He noted that while the Kyrgyz Government was interim it was difficult to attract investors. The President called on the Government of Kyrgyzstan to hold the elections at a good level to show to the entire world the will of the Kyrgyz nation to making the life in the country better. He also expressed his hope for stabilization of the situation in the south of the country.
