Achievements of Kazakhstan possible thanks to N. Nazarbayev's policy
As specialists noted, the President clearly outlined the main priorities for further diversification of the economy and realization of the Forced Industrial-Innovative Development State Program, support of small business and food security of the country in his Address to the Nation. The measures that are to be taken and goals to reach improvement of educational system, availability of medical service and modernization of housing and utilities infrastructure were also set. The priorities in the sphere of employment were also revised.
'The GDP per capita made USD 9 thousand on January 1, 2011 and increased 12 times comparing to 1994. 152 enterprises were put into operation during the realization of the Forced Industrial-Innovative Development State Program in 2010. 24 thousand people were provided with permanent job positions. 294 investment projects are planned to be realized within this program till 2014. The cost of them is KZT 8.1 trillion. It will also create 161 thousand permanent jobs. It is all possible thanks to our President Nursultan Nazarbayev's policy and attention he pays to this sector', Minister of Labour and Social Protection of Kazakhstan Gulshara Abdykalikova said.
All these programs prove the firmness of the long-term goals of the state policy aimed at improvement of the wellbeing of the people of Kazakhstan.
