A lot of pending problems in 100 Schools, 100 Hospitals Program – Healthcare Minister

ANA. July 28. KAZINFORM /Serik Sabekov/ There are a lot of unresolved problems in the implementation of the 100 Schools, 100 Hospitals State Program, Minister of Healthcare Zhaksylyk Doskaliyev has said today at the Governmental session in Astana.
"They are the facts of construction failure of 12 construction facilities including the issues of co-financing connected with appreciation of construction and erection works at 3 construction facilities amounted to KZT 961 mln, co-financing of 7 construction facilities amounted to KZT 2 bln 65 mln", - he noted.
According to him additional need in budget means for price adjustment with the design and estimate documentation and appreciation amounted to KZT 145.8 bln. He also emphasized that city and regional mayors must develop design and estimate documentation for 12 construction facilities.
