A/H1N1 flu death toll reaches 64 in Brazil

RIO DE JANEIRO. July 31. KAZINFORM Brazil announced on Thursday two more deaths from A/H1N1 flu, raising the death toll to 64 in the country; Kazinform cites Xinhua.
According to the Brazilian health authorities, the two latest victims were from Sao Paulo Province in southeastern Brazil. One victim was a 38-year-old pregnant woman. Another was a 58-year-old man with heart problems and diabetes.
Sao Paulo Province has the highest death toll in the country with 33 victims so far, followed by Rio Grande do Sul Province with 21.
Schools in several places have either suspended classes or extended the winter vacations; Kazinform refers to Xinhua.
