71.8% of Mangystau oblast children to be provided with pre-school education by yearend

ASTANA. December 1. KAZINFORM By the end of 2010 71.8% of young citizens of Mangystau oblast or 29, 871 children, will be covered with pre-school education, the regional Akimat informs.
Thus, in December the authorities plan to put into service 5 more kindergartens including a private one in Zhanaozen town, Beineu, Karakiyan and Tupkaragan municipalities; 2 new pre-school mini-centres in Mangystau and Munaily municipalities. Total design capacity of the pre-school education facilities makes 1, 310 seats.
As is known, on the President's instruction the Government has developed Balapan state program aimed at providing children with pre-school education. In accordance with its goals, 70% of the country's children will be covered with pre-school education by 2015 and by 2020 this figure is planned to reach 100% both in urban and rural areas.
