672 young families are selected for housing according to program «Affordable Housing 2020» in Astana
"On September 4, 2014 the meeting of the housing commission was taken place as the end of consideration of applications, which considered the documents and selected 672 young families as candidates for housing," the statement says.
According to the Akimat, the number of participants of the program of "Housing for young families" of Housing Construction Savings Bank of Kazakhstan amounted to 5078 young families, including 1302 applications for three-bedroom flats, 2765 for two-bedroom and 1011 for one-bedroom, Kazinform refers to primeminister.kz.
In this case, 158 two-bedroom, 380 two-bedroom and 134 one-bedroom apartments were allocated for the distribution.
"The selection was made by the highest score according to the number of the appropriate type of apartments, indicated in the application of participants. In case if the participants of program have equal points, the decision on inclusion in the list was made by the Housing Commission by a majority vote, " the statement says.
With regard to the procedure of registration of property, then, as explained in the agency, the program participants from the list will be given directions by the Housing Department to the HCSB for solvency evaluation. Then, the program participants will be required to submit the confirmation of solvency issued by the HCSB to the Housing Department within 20 calendar days of receipt of that.
It will be remembered that the direction of the Program included the participants as young families, married at least two years, the age of both spouses under 29 years old (at the time of submission of the application for participation in the program), as well as single-parent families in which the children (child) are brought up by one parent who has not attained the age of 29 years, including divorced, widowed. The Akimat of Astana accepted applications and documents for participation in the program of "Housing for young families" through public service centers from 2 to 14 June 2014.
