59 foreigners rescued from broken-down bus on highway in Aktobe region

Police patrol officers rescued foreign nationals who got stuck on a snow-capped highway in Aktobe region, Kazinform News Agency reports via POLISIA.KZ Telegram-channel.
On January 11, after midnight, the patrol officers found a broken-down bus, standing on the roadside of the Karabutak-Kostanay highway, near Taldyssai settlement.
Three drivers and 59 foreign passengers (six underage children and four women) were in the bus, that was heading to Chelyabinsk from Shymkent.
The passengers were evacuated by police together with the local executive bodies and emergencies authorities.
The men were accommodated in a mosque, and women in a college dormitory. None of the passengers needed medical help.
