Snowstorms are ripping through Karaganda region for two days in a row. 55 bus passengers trapped in snow on the 788-908 km of the Kyzylorda-Pavlodar highway in Abai district in Karaganda region were evacuated to safer places, Kazinform News Agency reports.
Emergency situations department urges all to avoid unessential trips, follow weather warnings.
