5% of positions on customs tariff of Customs Union left to negotiate: I.Shuvalov

MINSK. May 29. KAZINFORM /Aigul Tulekbayeva/ ?5% of positions on the customs tariff of the Customs Union, established by Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan are left to negotiate?, Chairman of the commission of the Customs Union – First Deputy Chairman of the Russian Government Igor Shuvalov said at the V sitting of the commission.
The address of Kyrgyz President Kurmanbek Bakiyev (on the issues of participation in the Union ? Kazinform), proposals on stages and terms of formation of the single customs territory of the Customs Union of Belarus, Russia and Kazakhstan are discussed at the sitting. The participants will consider the project of single customs tariff, the process of work on the Customs Union project, draft agreement between the Russian Government and the commission of the Customs Union on the conditions of residency of the commission of the Russian territory and other organizational issues as well.
The Kazakh side presented by Finance Minister Bolat Zhamishev, Vice Minister of Industry and Trade Zhanar Aitzhanova, Extraordinary and plenipotentiary Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Belarus Anatoly Smirnov, Chairman of the Customs Control Committee of the Kazakh Ministry of Finance Kozy-Korpesh Karbuzova, Chairman of the Tax Committee of the Ministry of Finance Daulet Yergozhin and others.
