5 killed in head-on collision in W Kazakhstan

Five people died in a road accident in the West Kazakhstan region, Kazinform News Agency reports via the local emergencies department.
The head-on collision between Toyota Estima and Hyundai SantaFe occurred on January 9 at 17:17 in Zhangali district, on the Zhangala-Chapaevo highway, between the villages of Akbalshyk and Pyatimar.
The victims are being identified.
According to the emergencies department, nine people have already died in road accidents in the region since the year beginning.
