5 Bishkek police officers detained over framing foreigners

BISHKEK. KAZINFORM - The Anti-Corruption Service of the State National Security Committee of Kyrgyzstan foiled activities of the organized crime group of 5 police officers of Bishkek Sverdlovskiy district police station.
The group framed up foreigners with help of specially prepared young women, Kazinform refers to AKI Press. The women met with foreigners and then extorted money in exchange for refusal from criminal prosecution for alleged rape attempt, the Anti-Corruption Service said.
The suspects were detained red handed while taking $900 of extorted $2,000.
