TOKYO. May 31. KAZINFORM An earthquake measuring 5.6 on the Richter scale jolted eastern Honshu, Japan at 12:28:36 GMT on Tuesday, the U.S. Geological Survey said; Kazinform refers to Xinhua.
The epicenter, with a depth of 40.00 km, was initially determined to be at 39.3997 degrees north latitude and 141.9330 degrees east longitude; Kazinform cites Xinhua.
