410,000 tons of reduced in price diesel fuel to be delivered for harvesting campaign
This has been announced today at the governmental meeting by Minister of Agriculture Asylzhan Mamytbekov. As stated by him, Kazakhstan has already started preparations for harvesting works. Actually the issues of providing agricultural producers with diesel are being solved.
"In the plans there is supply of 410 000 tons of diesel fuel cut in cost. Prices will be at the level of the spring ones, it is about 10% cheaper than the average market price at a gas station ", announced the minister.
Asylzhan Mamytbekov reminded that in the southern regions of the country they had had problems with water supply from neighboring countries. In particular, in Zhambyl oblast via "Koksai" channel, in South Kazakhstan region via "Dostyk" channel, as well as in Kyzyl-Orda region the volume of water supplied from the reservoir Shardara was insufficient to fill the rice bays.
"However, the Ministry of Environment has conducted the appropriate job, and the main issues to date have been shifted off from the agenda," he concluded.
