4 victims of sleeping dropsy treated in Astana

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - 4 people diagnosed with sleeping dropsy and currently treated at the National Research Medical Center in Astana are in stable condition.
Chairman of "National Research Medical Center" JSC Abai Baigenzhin told the Monday press conference that 4 patients were hospitalized from Kalachi village to the center on January 5. According to Mr. Baigenzhin, all 4 are in stable condition and constantly monitored by the best professors of the center. "One of the patients, a woman, is in intensive care unit. She is in the state of deep sleep," he added.
