3.4M earthquake hits Kyrgyzstan

According to the Seismology Institute of Kyrgyzstan, a 3.4-magnitude quake was recorded in the country at 11:53am local time, Kazinform News Agency correspondent reports.

An earthquake measuring 3.4 on the MPV scale was centered 40km northwest of Karakol city, Kyrgyzstan.
Tremors of 3 magnitude were felt in Ak-Bulak, Kurmenty, Ak-Bulun, Balabay settlements as well as 2.5-magnitude in Shaty, Kuturgu and Tyup villages.
