32 houses flooded, two dead in Karaganda region

ASTANA. September 30. KAZINFORM 32 houses have been flooded yesterday in Zhezkazgan town, the press service of the Kazakh Ministry of Emergencies reported.
According to preliminary data, the reason of the flooding is an irrigation ditch overflow.
The bodies of a 36-year-old woman and a 5-year-old boy were found in a garage of one of the houses. A preliminary cause of death is an electric shock.
Eighty one rescuers and twenty three units of the rescue service equipment of Karaganda region's emergency department worked at the scene.
