31 826 claims considered in Nur Otan's community liaison offices in Jan-June 2009

KAZINFORM /Serik Sabekov/ 31 826 people have applied to the community liaison offices of Nur Otan National Democratic Party in the first half of 2009 that is 1.5 times more comparing with the similar period in 2008. Press Secretary of the Party Yerlan Karin has made it public at a press conference today.
"On one hand such display of activity proves the residents' trust to the ruling party. On the other hand it shows the complicated socio-economic situation in the country", he noted.
The number of the claims received by the authorized bodies through the community liaison offices is 16 366. 11 576 of them were answered. The share of the positively solved issues made 6 435.
Most part of the claims regard housing and housing-utility relations, delay in wages payment, illegal actions of the officials, court decisions and employment. Mortgage loans refinancing remains most urgent issue still.
16 regional and 250 territorial community liaison offices of Nur Otan are functioning countrywide now.
