3-year national budget becoming key instrument of economic activity support - M.Kussainov

ASTANA. September 25. KAZINFORM /Serik Sabekov/ A three-year national budget is becoming a key instrument of the economic activity support in the current conditions. Kazakh Vice Minister of Economy and Budget Planning Marat Kussainov has announced it at a breakout session of the V General Assembly of the International Conference of Asian Political Parties titled "Role of political parties in overcoming consequences of the world economic crisis".
"Total demand and business activity will be ensured by maintenance of a high level of the budget expenditures, which are directed to financing of development of agriculture, priority infrastructural and industrial projects, which ensure demand for productions of the domestic enterprises and employment in economy, and human capital development", he noted.
He reminded that the Government formed the national budget for 2009-2011.
