3 tow-boats launched for OMS Shipping in Astrakhan rgn of Russia

ASTRAKHAN. August 15. KAZINFORM In Astrakhan region at the site of the leading yard of the "Caspian Energy" group there was a launch of three tugboats for OMS Shipping (Kazakhstan). This is reported in the press service of the Ministry of Industry, Transport and Natural Resources of the Astrakhan region.
"Vessels are designed for towing barges with displacement of up to 4,000 tons at a speed of up to 5 knots for the movement of ships in port waters, installations of ships at berth, фтв participating in rescue operations", the report says.
Intended navigation area is the Caspian Sea. The first batch of two tugs has been launched at the end of March this year.
