3 killed after hit-and-run in Pavlodar

PAVLODAR. KAZINFORM - Last night a person driving "Toyota Land Cruiser 100" has hit-and-run three pedestrians in the city of Pavlodar, according to the press service of the Department of Internal Affairs.
Police has detained the suspect without delay. Police officers have detained a 25-year-old driver of a motor vehicle, citizen of Pavlodar. Two criminal cases have been initiated. Police have also opened a criminal case in relation to a 24-year-old owner of Toyota Land Cruiser 100, a resident of Astana.
