3 injured in fire at Mangystau oil field

AKTAU. KAZINFORM - Fire occurred during gas welding works at Kalamkas oil and gas field, Mangystau region.
According to Tatiana Voronina, representative of the regional Emergency Department, the fire occurred October 15 at about 11 a.m. The incident took place in number 3 gas and oil production unit. There have been injured 3 people. The victims were airlifted to the Mangystau regional hospital.
Doctors said that the two people were admitted to the trauma unit and one patient was put into an intensive care with burns of the upper respiratory tract.
