274 thousand jobs launched in Kazakhstan last year

ASTANA. February 28. KAZINFORM The Government of Kazakhstan takes system measures to create new jobs. 274 thousand new jobs, of them 128.2 thousand in rural area, were created in 2011, according to the Prime Minister's website Pm.kz.
In the regions most number of jobs was launched in the industrial sector - 32.4 thousand, in trade -31.8 thousand, in building sphere - 31.1 thousand and in agriculture - 21.7 thousand.
Of the total number of jobs 198 200 are permanent jobs, 76 500 are temporary and seasonal.
Under the State Program of Forced Industrial Innovative Development until 2015, 389 projects totaling KZT 1.8 trillion were launched and 90 thousand new jobs were created. Besides, under the Employment Program 6.3 thousand people were employed. 16.2 thousand got social jobs with average salary of KZT 45 700.
