27 Jan Minsk hosts CIS Permanent Representatives Council meeting under Kazakhstan's chairmanship

The meeting will be attended by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus Vladimir Makei and the Chairman of the Executive Committee - CIS Executive Secretary Sergey Lebedev. This year, in connection with Kazakhstan's chairmanship in the CIS Council of Permanent Representatives, the Council will be chaired by the permanent representative of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the statutory and other bodies of the Commonwealth Yergali Bulegenov. The participants will discuss the progress of the instructions which were given by the Council of Heads of States, Heads of Governments and the Council of CIS Foreign Ministers to the authorities of the Commonwealth in 2011-2013, the press service of the CIS Executive Committee reported. The session will also approve the Council's work plan for 2015. Particular attention will be paid to the preparation and celebration of the 70th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War and preparation for the 25th anniversary of the Commonwealth of Independent States.
