2025 Asian Winter Games: Kazakhstan secures 1 gold, 5 silver and 3 bronze medals so far

Kazakhstan has won one gold, five silver and three bronze medals at the 9th Asian Winter Games 2025 in Harbin as of February 10, Kazinform News Agency learnt from the Kazakh Tourism and Sports Ministry.
On February 10 Kazakhstan added one silver medal and one bronze medal to the country’s tally.
Kazakhstan’s mixed team bagged silver in freestyle aerials. The team included Ayana Zholdas, Assylkhan Assan and Sherzod Khashirbayev.
Olzhas Klimin captured the cross-country skiing bronze medal at the Asian Winter Games, while Vladislav Kovalev finished ninth, Nail Bashmakov crossed the finish line 10th and Yernar Nurysbekov 16th.
Notably, the men’s ice hockey team defeated South Korea 2:1 on Monday to propel to the quarterfinals.
