2024 Olympic Games: Kazakh sabre fencer loses to 2-time Olympian

Kazakhstan’s sabre fencer Aigerim Sarybay has completed her performances at the ongoing 2024 Paris Olympic Games, Kazinform News Agency reports.
Aigerim Sarybay advanced to the 1/16 finals, where she faced French Manon Brunet, two-time Olympian, 2021 team Olympic silver medalist, and 2021 individual Olympic bronze medalist.
The French athlete defeated Sarybay with a score of 15-12.
Aigerim Sarybay is a native of Almaty. She was born on February 18, 1997.
