2013 budget increasing revenues and reducing costs approved by Majilis

ASTANA. November 13. KAZINFORM - Majilis of the Kazakh Parliament has approved the draft law of "On Amendments to the Law " On Republican Budget for 2013-2015".
Republican budget revenues have been increased against the approved plan of 20 billion tenge (KZT) and make 3 trillion 608 billion tenge, without transfers. Costs will be reduced, compared with the approved plan of 65.6 billion tenge, including through the expected underdevelopment of 165.7 billion tenge and channeling additional funds for implementation of major projects in the priority sectors of the economy in the amount of 100 billion tenge.
The budget deficit will amount to 790.6 billion tenge, or 2.3 percent of GDP, with a decrease of 0.2 percent of GDP compared with the approved plan.
