200 children took part in Presidential New Year party in Taraz

RAZ. December 29. KAZINFORM /Galina Skripnik/ 200 children have taken part in a Presidential New Year party "Independence - a golden cradle" in Taraz.
Children aged from 9 to 13 years from orphanages, children from large and needy families, orphans left without parental care, as well as children whose parents are the disabled were invited to the event.
Kazakh President N.Nazarbayev congratulated them on video: "2011 was very special for us. Our country has marked the 20th anniversary of independence. I want all Kazakh children to grow up strong, healthy, intelligent."
The local budget allocated KZT 13.36 mln for holding of the Presidential New Year party.
