2 quakes hit Afghanistan, no tremors felt in Kazakhstan

The Seismological Stations Network of the Kazakh Emergencies Ministry recorded two earthquakes in the territory of Afghanistan, Kazinform News Agency reports.

The first quake measuring 5.2 on MPV scale hit on February 6, at 05:47 pm, 849 kilometers southwest of Almaty.
The epicenter of the second quake was 890 kilometers southwest of Almaty. The quake occurred on February 6, at 09:22 pm. Its MPV magnitude was 4.9.
No tremors were felt in the territory of Kazakhstan.
