2 men kidnap citizen of Kazakhstan in Bishkek demanding $30 thousand for release
A 31-year-old citizen of Kazakhstan has reported to the Bishkek police that the unidentified men, who introduced themselves as members of organized crime groups, kidnapped on April 28 a 27-year-old brother.
The man says the kidnappers are keeping his brother in an unknown place and are demanding $30 thousand for his release. Later on the same day, the police found the kidnapped man in one of the houses of the Dordoi residential area. The man was found strapped to a radiator, Kazinform refers to AKI Press.
The police also detained the 34-year-old and 35 -year-old men. Currently, the detained men are in detention center of Bishkek.
The criminal probe was launched under the Article 170 (solicitation) of the Criminal Code of Kyrgyzstan. The investigation is conducted by the Investigation Department of the Bishkek city police.
