2 die, 5 hospitalized due to carbon monoxide poisoning across Kazakhstan

ASTANA. January 1. KAZINFORM Gas leak in a three-apartment house resulted in carbon monoxide poisoning of three people in Petropavlovsk on Monday, Kazinform has learnt from the Ministry of Emergencies.
Two of them - a 18-year-old young man and a 34-year-old man died at the scene. Another 18-year-old victim was rushed to a local hospital. Four people, including three children aged 8, 5 and 1, also got carbon monoxide poisoning in Almaty the same day. They all were hospitalized.
