15 more Nazarbayev Intellectual Schools to open in Kazakhstan until 2015

ASTANA. January 31. KAZINFORM /Murat Zhakeyev/ 15 more "Nazarbayev Intellectual Schools" are planned to be built in Kazakhstan until 2015, Kazakh Education and Science Minister told a board meeting on Tuesday.
On the instruction of President Nursultan Nazarbayev seven "Nazarbayev Intellectual Schools" have been opened in Kazakhstan. Construction of 12 more schools is underway. All in all, it is planned to open 15 schools until 2015.
"These schools will be a locomotive for developing the network of secondary education institutions in Kazakhstan. As the President Nazarbayev noted in his state-of-the-nation address, the entire system of Kazakh education should be developed to reach the level of the Nazarbayev University and Intellectual Schools," Zhumagulov said.
