118 mobile phones smuggling foiled

ASTANA. KAZINFORM Kazakhstan border patrol foiled an attempted smuggling of 118 mobile telephones, the press service of the Kazakh Frontier Service of the Kazakh National Security Committee said.
The Khorgos border patrol detained three nationals of Kazakhstan. 96 phones were found hidden in their hand luggages. Besides, one of the women attached 22 mobile telephones to her body using a scotch tape under her clothes. A total of 118 cell phones were seized. The investigation is underway.
