10th SCO Summit started its work in Astana

ASTANA. June 15. KAZINFORM /Sandugash Duissenova/ The 10th jubilee Summit of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization has started its work in Astana.
Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev has met at the Palace of Independencethe SCO Leaders: President of China Hu Jintao, President of Kyrgyzstan Roza Otunbayeva, President of Tajikistan Emomali Rakhmon, President of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov and President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev.
At the Summit, the SCO Heads of State are expected to sum up the SCO experience in the past decade and, on this basis, set out strategic plans for the decade to come.
