109 news schools to be commissioned in Kazakhstan in 2015

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Construction of 109 new schools is set to be completed in Kazakhstan this year, Minister of Education and Science Aslan Sarinzhipov said on Thursday.
"We are planning to put into commission 109 new schools in 2015," Minister Sarinzhipov announced at the enlarged sitting of the ministry in Astana. Besides, he added that the state educational standards for secondary schools will be finalized in 2015. As for the state educational standards for primary schools, these will be tested at Grade 1 countrywide this year as well. "In addition, teachers and administrators of Kazakhstani schools are to upgrade their qualification and will be familiarized with updated educational programs," Mr. Sarinzhipov noted.
