109 children born in Astana on the Independence Day

ASTANA. December 18. KAZINFORM On December 16 and 17, on the days of the country's main holiday - the Independence Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 109 children were born in metropolitan maternity hospitals and perinatal centers. This information was shared with astana.kz by the Health Administration of the capital.
Among the 109 newborns there are 58 boys and 51 girls. In Esil district 46 newborns are registered: 29 boys and 17 girls; in Saryarka district 36 children were born: 22 girls and 14 boys; and in Almaty district 27 babies were born: 15 boys and 12 girls", - they reported to astana.kz in the agency.
It's worth noting that the birth rate is growing in Astana. So, in 2010, 16 444 children were born in the city obstetric organizations; in 2011 - 19 177; in 2012 - 21 266; and over 10 months of 2013 - 18 871 children.
