Zhambyl oblast takes measures to stop unreasonable rise in bread prices
ZHAMBYL OBLAST. July 19. KAZINFORM /Galina Skripnik/ Zhambyl regional agricultural administration enters into memorandums with the flour supliers, bakeries and sellers of bread in order to regulate inflation processes and prevent rise in bread prices.
"Today we conclude memorandums for prevention of unreasonable increase in bread prices", a representative of the region's akimat explained.
As is known, the rise in bread prices in Zhambyl oblast was caused by increased selling prices for flour in northern regions. Thus, earlier 1 kg of the first-grade flour was at KZT 32- KZT 35, to date this figure makes KZT 39-KZT 44 per a kg. Now the retail prices for flour comprise KZT 44- KZT 46 per a kg. Due to this fact the prices for a loaf of bread increased up to KZT 45.
