Young man missing in bad weather found dead

URALSK. KAZINFORM A 19-year-old man went missing in the West Kazakhstan region on March 18 was found dead 13 km from the rural settlement. He froze to death on his way to Shalgyn village where his parents live.
A woman, aged 35, the mother of two, went missing on March 16, has not yet been found. The search continues, our correspondent reports.
