Year to hold EXPO-2017 in Astana to be declared China's tourism year in Kazakhstan

ASTANA. April 6. KAZINFORM - As earlier reported, the Kazakh President is on the official visit to China and he had the talks with his counterpart Xi Jinping. At the briefing Nursultan Nazarbayev mentioned the fact that China would assist Kazakhstan in conducting the international event to take place in the capital,city of Astana, in 2017.
It has been agreed by the two sides that the year 2017 might be declared the year of China's tourism in Kazakhstan. It is very important for Kazakhstan as it has been planned that about 5 million people should visit the exhibition.
