World youth compete to solve global environmental problems

ISTANBUL. May 18. KAZINFORM Teenage inventors aged between 13 and 19 from 40 different countries will be competing against each other to win the gold medal at the 17th International Environmental Project Olympiad (INEPO) in Эstanbul, with projects aiming to find solutions to the world's environmental problems, Kazinform refers to Today's Zaman.
Eighty-five projects will compete at the 17th INEPO, which will be held at the Fэrat Cultural Center (FKM) in Эstanbul's historic quarter of Зemberlitaю, on May 24-27.
The countries that will be participating in INEPO are Albania, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Bulgaria, Burkina Faso, Burma, Ethiopia, Egypt, Estonia, Canada, Cyprus, Georgia, Germany, Ghana, Indonesia, Iraq, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kenya, Kosovo, Latvia, Macedonia, Mongolia, Mexico, Moldova, Pakistan, Russia, Romania, South Korea, Slovakia, South Africa, Taiwan, Turkey, Tajikistan, Ukraine, England, Turkmenistan, the US and Vietnam, Kazinform cites Today's Zaman.
