World community must join efforts in rendering aid to Kyrgyzstan - Saudabayev
ALMATY OBLAST. July 17. KAZINFORM /Rassul Bakhamov/ The world community must consolidate its efforts in order to render all-round assistance to Kyrgyzstan and use the potential of the OSCE in this work. OSCE Chairman-in-Office, Secretary of State-Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan Kanat Saudabayev said it today.
Delivering a speech at the OSCE Foreign Ministers informal meeting in Almaty oblast today, K. Saudabayev presented information on the measures taken by the OSCE on regulation of the situation in the neighbor country.
"In particular, the special envoys of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office, the UN and the EU in Kazakhstan have developed a framework action plan for providing assistance to this country. Besides, a Package of Measures of the OSCE on providing consultative and expert and assistance to Kyrgyzstan in post-crisis regulation and restoration of peace is being developed", Saudabayev said.
According to him, at the request of the Kyrgyz side, the process on adoption of a decision on sending a police advisory group to Osh and Jalalabad regions is coming to end at present.
