World Bank trusts Kazakhstan
ASTANA. July 2. KAZINFORM /Damir Baimanov/ The World Bank believes that Kazakhstan is able to join the fastest growing countries of the world, WB Executive Director Konstantin Huber considers.
"We are optimistic about Kazakhstan's aspiration to occupy its position as one of the fastest growing economies in the world and implement a number of i ambitious plans outlined in its 2020 Strategic Plan", K. Huber said at the III Astana Economic Forum on Friday.
According to him, Kazakhstan as a country with middle to high income will take an important place in the international donor community.
"The efficiency of Kazakhstan's anti-crisis measures, the results of the past three years insure us that your country will reach success in responding to other future challenges", the WB representative noted.
