ASTANA. February 4. KAZINFORM /Gulnara Zhandagulova/ After the first day of the figure skating tournament Japanese sportswoman Kanako Murakami is a leader after a short program.
She performed brilliantly and had the best score 54.48. Another Japanese figure skater Imai Haruka scored the second best points total of 54.02. South Korean sportswoman Kwak Min Jeong is now third with 52.65 score.
Kazakhstan's figure skater Kristina Prilepko is placed 10th with 36.23 score. Another Kazakhstan's sportswoman Marina Shishkina is now at the bottom of the standings due to a fall.
